Loquat work with vendors & clients where we collect the personal data of both and Loquat will not share with their competitors.

Whenever any Govt/regularity ask for the data, we will be liable to share in case client use our services in not appropriate manners and any query comes for India Govt or Regularity body
Collection of Data:
As we are service provider and we will be require business/personal details which we use the data for configuring & access to you for our customers which is store at our supplying partner panel/server. Currently we are not using our panel/server, if we will create our panel/server we will store the information at our side.
For customer:
Being our customer you are using our services and uploading your user/client data at our panel/server is safe and is not disclosed by Loquat to any other person/company except Govt/Regulatory body of India (on demand). We request you to use our services in law of use manner and provide the information whenever required whenever asked. We don’t ask for own purpose but for compliance purpose.
